EN14303標準規定了保溫隔熱產品申請CE標志認證需滿足的基本特征。
工業裝置和建筑設備用礦棉保溫材料(MW)產品根據EN 14303體系1進行歐盟CE認證，或者根據體系3進行歐盟CE認證。
礦物棉(MW)CE認證 –EN 14303-CE認證（歐盟強制認證）－簡介
在歐盟市場“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產品符合歐盟《技術協調與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產品提出的一種強制性要求。
在礦物棉(MW)上加貼CE標志不但可以證明其產品符合建筑產品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關標準（歐洲協調標準EN 14303）規定的安全，環保，衛生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規避貿易技術壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。
注：歐盟建筑法規CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執行

歐洲標準規定了工廠生產的礦棉產品的要求，礦棉產品用于建筑設備和工業裝置的保溫，工作溫度范圍約為0到+800。。
The European Standard Specifies the requirements for factory made mineral wool products, which are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations with an operating temperature range of approximately 0℃ to +800℃.

1、確定需要認證的產品類型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲產品指令，礦物棉(MW)需符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規CPR 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協調標準，礦物棉(MW)需符合協調標準EN 14303
4、根據CPR指令和協調標準EN 14303進行測試評估.
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構頒發的測試報告和證書
6、發放產品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產品包裝上加貼帶公告機構編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
